PREPARATION
Mix 145 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) with 45 g baking mix (approx. 1½ level scoops) in a shaker or bowl until smooth. Optionally add 1.5 g Chunky Flavour (this will alter the nutritional values). Cook the batter until golden brown in a pan or waffle iron using oil spray.
