Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany, email: service@morenutrition.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not obligatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically via our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email). You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://morenutrition.co.uk/pages/widerruf-button. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts:

• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have by their nature been inseparably mixed with other items.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract (see note: return of products). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
