How do I redeem my voucher?

The discount is not automatically deducted from your first order – you need to enter it manually at checkout.

Can I combine the 20% discount with an influencer code?

Yes, your voucher can be combined with an influencer code .

I forgot to enter my voucher code with my first order. What now?

Unfortunately, it's currently no longer possible to redeem the voucher retroactively or with a second order. But don't worry – you still have a chance to get another voucher: simply recommend us to others! If a friend signs up and orders using your referral link, you'll receive your own voucher as a thank you.

When will I receive my voucher?

As soon as your referred friend has placed their first order , you will automatically receive an email with your voucher.

Important: The friend must order using the same email address they were referred through.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Simply enter the code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Your voucher is valid for 3 months .

I deleted my voucher or can't find it anymore. What should I do?

No problem – our support team will help you:

What is the maximum number of friends I can recruit?

You can recruit up to 5 friends per day and a maximum of 25 within 12 months .

My voucher isn't working – what can I do?

  • Pay attention to the correct spelling (the code has 16 characters )
  • Enter the code at checkout , not in the shopping cart.
  • Make sure you are on the correct country page .
  • Remove books or More FIZI items from your shopping cart – the voucher cannot be redeemed on these items.
  • Still doesn't work: Then please contact our support team with a screenshot :
