How do I redeem my 20% discount?

The 20% discount is not automatically deducted from your first order – you need to enter it manually at checkout.

Can I combine the 20% discount with an influencer code?

Yes, your 20% discount can be combined with an influencer code.

I forgot to enter my 20% discount with my first order. What now?

Unfortunately, it’s currently not possible to redeem the 20% discount retroactively or on a second order. But don’t worry – you still have the chance to get a new 20% discount: simply refer us to others! If a friend signs up and places an order using your referral link, you’ll receive your own 20% discount as a thank-you.

When will I receive my 20% discount?

As soon as your referred friend places their first order, you will automatically receive an email with your 20% discount. Important: Your friend must place the order using the same email address that was used for the referral

How do I redeem my 20% discount?

Simply enter the code in the “Discount code” field at checkout.

How long is my 20% discount valid?

Your 20% discount is valid for 3 months.

I deleted my 20% discount email or can’t find it anymore. What should I do?

No problem – our support team will be happy to help:

How many friends can I refer at most?

You can refer up to 5 friends per day and a maximum of 25 within 12 months.

My 20% discount isn’t working – what can I do?

  • Make sure the spelling is correct (the code has 16 characters)
  • Enter the code at checkout, not in the cart
  • Ensure you are on the correct country site
  • Remove books or More FIZI from your cart – the discount cannot be redeemed on these items
