Product Review Guidelines

How our product reviews are created and checked

All reviews that comply with our guidelines will be published – regardless of whether they are positive or negative. Product reviews may only be submitted by individuals who have purchased and personally used the product on morenutrition.co.uk. Reviews can only be submitted via a personal email invitation, which is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A review can only be submitted in conjunction with this email. No further verification of authenticity is carried out.

Our Policies

We appreciate your review. To ensure it can be published and genuinely assist other customers, please observe the following points:

1. Content Relevance

Please review only the product you ordered and used yourself. Comments on shipping, payment, delivery time, customer service, marketing, or our athletes are not part of a product review and will not be published.

2. Language and Expression

Reviews must be factual, respectful, and free of offensive or extreme language. Reviews containing personal attacks, unsubstantiated criticism, or inappropriate language will be automatically rejected.

3. Inappropriate Topics and Terms

Statements regarding health effects or disease references are not permitted. This includes, among other things, the following content:

  • Health claims, disease patterns, blood values, symptoms, weight loss, satiety
  • Terms such as: losing weight, weight, healthy, sick, doctor, digestion, high blood pressure, fat burning, hunger, cravings, diet, losing kilos, fasting, etc.

Such statements violate legal regulations for advertising food and food supplements and lead to the rejection of the review.

4. Advertising and Multiple Reviews

Multiple reviews by the same person for the same product are not allowed. These will be detected and automatically filtered by our system. Also not permitted are content unrelated to the reviewed product, advertisements for products from other providers, or external links. Reviews containing third-party advertising or spam will be removed.

5. Legal Requirements

Reviews must not violate applicable laws – in particular:

  • Consumer protection laws (e.g., no misleading information)
  • Food and advertising laws (e.g., no health-related claims)
  • Competition law (e.g., no inadmissible claims of market leadership such as "Germany's best brand" or comparative statements without an objective basis)
