More than two thirds of adults in the UK are overweight or obese – including 70% of men and 62% of women.¹ A development that threatens not only our wellbeing, but also our health: diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and other lifestyle-related illnesses continue to rise. If nothing changes, more than four billion people worldwide could be affected by obesity by 2035.
For many, these numbers are statistics — for Christian Wolf, they were reality and the trigger to change something. He knew from personal experience how frustrating strict diets, complicated rules and the constant feeling of deprivation can be. Not because motivation is lacking, but because the products that were supposed to help often fail to deliver on their promises.
Why do we have to choose between delicious and healthy?
This question became the starting point of an idea — and ultimately the founding of More Nutrition. Together with experts in nutrition science, medicine and food technology, Christian began developing products that combine enjoyment with better nutritional values. Foods that taste just like the original — only with less sugar, fewer calories, less fat and a clear benefit for the body.
